This is an introduction to Scuba Diving for the complete novice. A short audio-visual
introduction to the underwater world is followed by a pool dive. You'll enjoy the
excitement of swimming and breathing underwater, deep enough to experience the thrill of
diving but with a shallow end start to give you confidence and a New Sensation. You'll be
under the close supervision of an internationally qualified instructor at all times.
