Located right on the sea-front off Mabul Island, about 20 minutes boat ride from Sipadan, the Resort is situated right in the heart of the dive paradise.

The resort is located on Mabul Island within a group of Islands surrounding the Celebes sea on the east coast of Sabah, Malaysia.

There are 35 rooms comprising:
2 Deluxe Water Cottages
27 Standard Water Cottages
6 Junior Water Cottages (semi-detached)

 

Seaventures Dive Resort

The self contained Resort is fully air-conditioned.  It has forty-three rooms catering up to 86 guests.   Fresh water is provided.  Lavish tropical meals are served.  A wide range of facilities such as karaoke lounge, VCD movies, games room, children playroom and others are provided.  Staying at the Resort is truly an exotic experience, a bonus to your dive holiday.

The panoramic view of sunset and sunrise from the sundeck is unrivaled.  One can peacefully immerse oneself in the breath-taking scenery in total relaxation.   Throughout the day, schools of fishes swim alongside the Resort.  In the evening, attracted by the bright light of the Resort, turtles and other fishes swim close by.

This resort is nestled in a coconut grove on the south-east side of the island overlooking the water and nearby Sipadan Island. It consist of 45 wooden duplex chalets with each room featuring two oversized single beds, a couch, shelves, ceiling fan, flyscreened windows, air-conditioning, a private en-suite offering free-flowing hot and cold fresh water and a front verandah.

Sample Itinerary
Day 01
  • 0805 hr Be at Changi Airport Terminal 2.
  • 1005 hr Depart for Kota Kinabalu on MH 630 by Malaysia Airlines.
  • 1230 hr Arrive in Kota Kinabalu, connect domestic airline to Tawau.
  • Arrive at 1440 hr and transfer by land to Semporna (about 2hr)
  • Board Speedboat to Sipadan Island (about 1hr). Check In Dinner.
Day 02 - 07     Daily Scheduled 3 Boat dives per day and unlimited beach dives with own dive buddy, all dives end at 2100 hr. Fullboard on the island with unlimited beverages except alcoholic & carbonated drinks, which you can purchase from the bar.
Day 08
  • (No Meals) 0600 hr Transfer to Airport for return flight departing at 1050 hr from Tawau to Kota Kinabalu.
  • Connecting flight MH 631 at 1310 hr for Singapore arriving at Changi International Airport at 1525 hr.
