The Pulau Redang Archipelago lies in the South China Sea, north east of Peninsular Malaysia and is above 45 km off the Terengganu coast. It consists of 9 islands - Redang, Pinang, Ling, Ekor Tebu, Kerengga Besar, Kerengga Kecil, Paku Besar, Paku Kecil and Lima. The marine waters surrounding these islands up to 3 nautical miles from the low water mark of the shore have been designated as Pulau Redang Marine Parks Malaysia. Redang lies within the Indo-Pacific Region where diversity of marine fauna far exceeds that of other tropical regions. It has many families that are not found elsewhere. This is home to about 500 species (over 50 genera) of reef-building corals, over 1,000 species of bivalves and about 3,000 species of fish !


The resort at Pasir Panjang on Pulau Redang, is located on a stretch of long white sandy beach and has easy access to the nearby coral gardens. The resort offers basic and comfortable accommodation of 40 chalets - 20 units standard twin and 20 units superior quad. All rooms are air-conditioned with attached toilet and bathroom.
